There are new dishes recently developed in the kitchen of Willow Café and Bistro. Bright with the season’s changing of fresh produce, we are meticulously creating new delightful bites to be offering in this later summer and early fall.

Willow aims to get approval from everyone! Starting with our chef’s inspired ideas to an owner and friends tasting, then the final approval: our wonderful staff.
After various attempts and blending flavors, this new menu is ready.
Willow Café and Bistro’s goal is to continue introducing new flavors to the menus. To keep seasonal offerings fresh, we are working in a new featured item: Ahi Tuna.
Working with a mix of inspiration found from around Chicago and our chef’s creativity, our new summer bowl series brings a unique twist to our local spot.

- Sunny Summer Bowl: Cubed sweet potatoes, apples, goat cheese crumble, sliced almonds on quinoa and lettuce base with a balsamic drizzle. (veg, gf)
- Pesto Bowl: Grilled chicken, sliced cucumber, tomatoes, parmesan, and sliced almonds on a bed of baby spinach and quinoa with a house-made pesto drizzle. (opt. veg, gf)
- Chicken Avocado: Grilled chicken, avocado, apple, and pickled onions on quinoa and lettuce base with a Green Goddess dressing drizzle. (opt.veg)
- Farm Fresh Cobb: Boiled egg, sliced avocado, cubed sweet potato, tomatoes, blue cheese crumble and sliced almonds, on a lettuce base with a balsamic drizzle. (opt. veg, gf)
- Rainbow Bowl: Cubed sweet potatoes, chickpeas, carrots, onions, red peppers and slivered almonds on a lettuce base with a Green Goddess drizzle. (veg, gf)

- Ahi Tuna: Ahi tuna with quinoa, sweet potato, pickled onions, radishes, on a spinach and arugula mix with a caper butter sauce. (gf)
- Seared Platter: Seared Ahi Tuna with quinoa, sweet potato, grilled asparagus, arugula, radishes and pickled onions with a smokey Harrisa sauce. (gf)
- Ahi Tuna Tartare: Marinated Ahi Tuna with diced red peppers, edamame, jalapeños, capers, and avocado puree on a bed of quinoa rice blend. (gf)
